Elizabeth Ekwerekwu-Isimhemen is a seasoned legal practitioner with a strong background in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Anambra State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015.

Following her call, Elizabeth honed her legal expertise through practice with several notable law firms, gaining broad experience in both corporate and commercial law. Her passion for innovation and excellence in legal service delivery led to the establishment of Ad Hoc Consulting & Associates, a firm committed to providing practical, client-focused, and result-oriented legal solutions.

Her areas of practice include Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Commercial Law, and Real Estate Law, where she has successfully advised entrepreneurs, organizations, and investors on navigating complex legal and regulatory frameworks. To date, she has supervised the registration and incorporation of over 200 businesses and companies across Nigeria, reflecting her deep understanding of corporate structuring and compliance.

Her immigration practice focuses primarily on Belgium, where she advises individuals, families, and businesses on residency, work permits, citizenship, and regulatory compliance. She holds a Master’s degree in Oil and Gas Law from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen and provides expert guidance on complex contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and strategic transactions.

Kosie’s practice spans upstream and midstream operations, energy project development and risk management, with a particular focus on ensuring alignment between business objectives and regulatory frameworks.

Recognized for her thought leadership in energy law and governance, she contributes insights on industry trends and sustainable energy practices. Chimezie Onuzulike is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Anambra State University where he graduated top of his class with a First Class Honours and bagged several awards including the Faculty of Law Prize and Chancellor's prize for the best graduating student in the Faculty of Law.

His practice focuses on disputes, employment and maritime. Chimezie has significant experience in Commercial Litigation and International Commercial Arbitration. He has represented clients in several significant and complex international and domestic arbitrations matters. He has also represented local and international corporate entities, top financial institutions and government agencies in several high-profile commercial litigation before superior courts.

Chimezie has several published works in International Arbitration and Litigation in renowned law journals.
