Elizabeth Ekwerekwu-Isimhemen founded Ad Hoc Consulting & Associates to provide practical, results-driven, and accessible legal services for individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations navigating today’s complex legal landscape.

A graduate of Anambra State University and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. Before establishing the firm in 2020, Elizabeth gained extensive experience in litigation and corporate practice, honing her expertise in dispute resolution, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and client advocacy.

Her core areas include Corporate Governance, Compliance, Commercial Law, Real Estate, and Litigation. She leads with a passion for excellence and innovation—blending traditional legal principles with technology-driven solutions.

Beyond her legal career, Elizabeth serves as Director of Complaints at the International Human Rights Commission (SMM), Associate member at Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and is an active member of the Rotary Club, Red Cross, and Nigerian Bar Association.
